Hair in my food and cold staff
I wanted to let you know about a really disappointing experience I had at your buffet.
Within the first few minutes of getting my food, I found four different hairs in it. It honestly made me feel sick, and I couldn’t continue eating after that because I was so put off.
I told a member of staff right away, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously and brushed it off. That made the whole situation even worse, as I felt ignored and not cared for as a customer.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into both hygiene and how staff handle situations like this.
