The ticket protection is a scam

The ticket protection is a scam, absolutely no point paying extra, you'll just be more out of pocket if you cant attend an event due to illness.

They deliberately make it nearly impossible to get a refund.

Cost me £60 to fix their problem

New and unused account got disabled for no reason and support took so long to fix it that it ended up costing me £60 extra because early tickets sold out.

I had a wonderful experience with FIXR!!

I had a wonderful experience with FIXR…I had to change the date for my tickets so I emailed the company and received a reply the following day…They were very efficient and emailed me new tickets with the correct date for the Arcadia Earth show in Tampa FL!! The show was fantastic and I was so grateful to FIXR for their prompt response, not to mention saving my money! I would definitely use them again!
