I’m writing to thank you all very much for a brilliant job.

My dear old laptop is working perfectly again.

This was after being told by Jigsaw24, from whom I bought it, that they wouldn’t try to fix it as it was too old. I think they used the term “Legacy”.

By that definition I am definitely legacy myself.

Anyway, you were incredibly quick and efficient. You picked up and dropped off the machine at a time that suited me, kept me updated immediately and even transferred everything from the old hard drive to the new one.

This was great because I use the machine in Windows mode and that was all working perfectly when I got it back.

Thank you so much.

My original Macbook problem was fixed and other faults found which were then resolved. The service was prompt and advice professional, the collection and return was carried out directly (not outsourced) which has a degree of comfort.

Would use again.

I was a little unsure about sending my computer in the post to an unknown address. However, I spoke on the phone and a suggestion as to what the fault could be was given and a rough costing. This gave me complete confidence. The problem had been getting worse for about two years. The contact they had with me after receiving the computer was very quick. I was kept informed at all times about the repair and the costs to which I could agree or not. After the speedy repair the computer was delivered back to me very quickly and it is operating as it did when new. I would recommend this very friendly company to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again. A rare find in this day and age.

Mac are not cheap, but Macassist charges a fair rice for good work .

Great service! (Much better than Apple which, as expected, was useless.) The staff seem very knowledgable and were quick to diagnose the issue which turned out to be a common problem. Saved me literally thousands of pounds. I thought we would have to bin our old Mac and buy a new one. These guys resurrected my 8 year old Mac to better than when it was new. Outstanding!
