When you're busy as a creative, your Mac is your lifeline. Your workhorse. When they do fail it's never at the right time. My Mac kept deciding to shut down without warning so I took it into Will and his team and they diagnosed the problem and sent me a breakdown of the very favourable costs. The work was carried out without fuss and now the machine works better than it did. Thanks guys!

Trying to upgrade my Mac Mini to Catalina I managed to make a complete hash of it. Fixmybrokenmac sorted it all out and advised me against the upgrade. All done within 24 hours at what I consider to be an excellent price and picked it up 48 hours after taking it in for repair. Quoted 7-10 working days but like the last time when I needed a new drive I got my Mac back super quick. Thanks guys.

I was told about this company from the Apple store and they helped me with a hard drive caddy bracket screw that I could not find anywhere else. The guys were really helpful and found the screw for me and they didn’t even charge for it..!! I would recommend this company and the guys that work there..

The guys installed an SSD drive in my iMac and completely transformed it. It went from a hunk of junk at only 2 years old that barely worked and is now better than when I purchased it. Speedy service, paid for 3 day service and was fixed within 24hrs. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my Mac, within several days they were able to get back to me with an issue and a break down to a layman exactly what the problem was. Their prices were fair and their services fantastic. There are several times I gave them a call and they were always willing to assist, even with my myriad of questions. The efficiency is great and they are honest. Will definitely be using them again if any issue ever arises.

I tried to be clever and do a DIY battery replacement on my iPhone and breaking it in the process. Booked it in and waited while a diagnosis/repair was carried out. Unfortunately it was the mainboard I had broken and not the ribbon as suspected. When I was told that this was more than the phone was worth I decided not to carry on with a repair but was impressed that they didn't want to make a charge even though over an hour was spent stripping down and re-assembling the phone. Lesson learned, a £20 online battery kit turned into the cost of a new phone. Let the professionals handle it!

Very impressed with the service! After being told by Apple my Macbook Pro was Vintage and they were unable to fix it I contacted a few different places and Fixmybrokenmac came out on top. They replied quickly to emails and gave straightforward honest advice. After dropping my laptop off it was ready to be collected a few days later and is now working as good as new. i was looking for a MacBook repair specialist on the Internet in the Birmingham area. I found several and they seemed to be the most credible and offered a 90 warranty. The actual service was excellent, the problem was analyzed correctly, repair completed on time and at reasonable cost. Continuously updated with progress. Definitely recommended.

After a desperate search to get my Macbook pro fixed and not having the patience to wait for an apple store appointment. I connected with Will on Linkedin as if it was faith. I didn't think twice before visiting their shop and took a day off to go there. As a Graphic Designer, I always need my laptop.

Even thou they were moving on the day of my visit Will and his team offered their help and assisted me very professionally after explaining everything. I knew I was leaving it with safe hands and as promised I got my laptop the next day.

I took my Laptop to the apple shop to try and get a repair they told me i would lose all my stuff on the laptop. I went around looking and i found to see if i could find a shop that fix's MacBook's pro's i got recommend by A couple of mate's online.I took it to fix my broken mac i told them what was wrong with in less than two day's they email me telling whats wrong with it. 5 days after i came to pick it up my MacBook pro it was running smooth way faster than ever. I never been so happy you guys did Excellent job by fixing my laptop. If anyone has laptop that needs fixing i would deffo recommend these guys. Thank you so much.

This was excellent- there were a few details which were not due Will and his team delays due to weekends but the guys at Fix My Mac, did there very best to overcome delays and keep me informed along the way. The bugs virus has gone and my laptop is working extremely well once more. Thankyou very much

I've used Will and his teams services on a few occasions now for GPU and water damage repairs and they really do exemplary work and provide very honest and straightforward advice. Would highly recommend these guys! It was a quick and easy process with the repair of my Macbook Pro. They turned it around super fast especially as they were in the process of moving spaces. Once I approved the estimated cost of repair it suggested it may take 5-7 days however it only took a day therefore I could pick it up the next day which was amazing!
