Amazing and quality service
Very happy with Fixautos right from the start. They replied promptly to all my enquiries and were transparent and upfront about what they were doing on the repairs and how long it would take. My car was picked up and delivered on time and Andy was very polite, friendly and helpful about answering all my questions and was patient with me so I understood all the processes regarding my repair. My repair was done impeccably to a proper professional standard, looked fabulous, like new. Car was clean and valeted beautifully on return. Would highly recommend to anyone, thank you for the brilliant customer service Andy and the team!!

Brilliant service from start to finish
Following being hit by another car I had my rear windscreen/boot smashed and scratches and scuffs on the rear bumper. My car was collected the same day and I was kept in the loop of where my car was going. I had an update on my car as requested (I had a response very quickly). I had a phone call to say when my car was ready and offered a time for delivery suitable for myself and they delivered the car on time. Not only does my car look brand new it came back spotless (cleaned both inside and outside). The team are very professional and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends moving forward.

Very easy and professional to deal with. My car was collected and ruths exactly when expected. The work was done perfectly and the car returned cleaned to within an inch of it's life.

After having my driver-side door destroyed by a careless driver, it now looks brand new. Really great repair and great communication. They were able to leave the car back to me while they waited on a delayed part. When it arrived they messaged me immediately and installed in 10mins. Thanks again to Andy and the team!
