Repair great, communication could be better
I was very happy with the repair to my car, which was quicker than expected. The car came back clean and the service from reception and mechanics was really friendly, hence the four stars. However, better communication about the courtesy car was needed. As my car is electric we were given an EV replacement. However, the replacement car had a range that was half the distance, and I had a long distance journey to take that weekend. I asked if it could be changed but it didn't sound likely that was going to be an option. Luckily the repair was done more quickly than expected so I got my car back in time. I really think you need to make customers aware when they are planning when to book in what sort of courtesy car they will be given, or ideally, make sure the courtesy car is of similar spec.

I was updated every few days to let me know how things were progressing also when I picked my car up it had been cleaned inside and out and I got a phone call a couple of days later asking if everything was ok.
All in all a great customer service,it’s a shame other repair companies are not as good this one.

Very happy with the repair
Very happy with the repair, communication was good and the car was picked up and dropped of to me, with minimal effect to my day to day job. Car was also cleaned inside making the overall experience even more pleasant.

Great communication throughout the repairs. I was made aware of any delays and expected completion dates. Always lovely and helpful on the phone and helped finding a courtesy car as quick as possible! Highly recommend. The repairs are great, can’t tell any work has been done. Completed quickly.
