Really friendly and helpful staff, such a smooth process of getting my car repaired and borrowing courtesy car.

Pleasant, efficient staff both on the phone and the ones who picked up my van and brought it back. They worked within my deadline, which I am grateful for. The damage was repaired and the side door slides back and forth smoothly once more.

My vehicle was sent for repair through my insurance following a rear-end collision. I am very pleased with the quality of the work carried out. The car was returned to me within two weeks, thoroughly cleaned, polished, and restored to a like-new condition.

Lauren at Fix Auto was really polite and courteous at all times, she constantly kept me up to date on what was happening from the minute they was chosen as the repairer even organising my car to be collected even though it was still drivable, as a precautionary she offers they pick it up on a low loader. The repairs are excellent not knowing anything had happened to my car, the whole experience with Fix Auto Buckingham was excellent

It took long time to repair the car (2months).
When I got the car back and start driving I was getting sign of parking alert and when I check I found out one of the parking sensor was broken. I put it back by myself. Also I found out some spot on my tyre which wasn’t there when I send the car for repair.

I had my car repaired by Fix Auto Buckingham in October last year. A fault came to light last week. From the initial phone call to the person who had instant access to the items replaced on the car, to Josh who managed the rectification, it was an excellent experience. 48 hours from initial contact to rectification. Very helpful, no long email exchanges, just a desire to resolve the issue quickly. A very good experience.

Staff were kind, friendly and welcoming, I was kept up to date on progress. Everything went smoothly I didn’t need to worry about anything.

The repair itself is really good. The receptionist, Lauren, was really friendly and helpful ready to answer all my queries and updates. The technician who picked the car up from my address was also very friendly and it was a swift collection.

The loss of one star was because when I was quoted an estimated time for the repair I was not aware that it didn’t include waiting time for spare parts that I felt would have been ordered when you had the photos of the damage
