Lack of proper quality control
I don’t understand how a repair that has been through “quality control checks” can have areas of primer left unpainted, this meant a two day delay in my car being ready whilst the fault was corrected

Smooth and efficient
The whole process from car pick up on Monday to return delivery today (Friday) by Phil was smooth and efficient to the extent I was so surprised to get the car back so soon that I had filled up the tank of the courtesy car in anticipation of having the courtesy car longer 😀

A mixed experience
I found the reception staff very pleasant and helpful. The down side was the repairs took longer than expected. The final checks took 2-3 days and yet my car was returned with the left indicator not working!

Second time now we have used fix auto personally, and both times they have been absolutely spot on from start to finish, repairs done to the vehicles have been perfectly done and no complaints. Megan the receptionist was polite and kept us informed every step of the way. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on.
