Joe Lawler was very helpful and informative; I choose a darkish green originally but with his top-notch advice helped me choose the right green and the result was amazing!!!
Joe's a perfectionist and his attention to detail is fantastic, he kept me informed of any problems and updated with the progress... the end result is awesome, and the van looks brand new!
I highly recommend the Fix Auto team and Joe is the man to see!

Totally Professional
From start to finish totally professional. Perry was very helpful and explained every detail of repairs to me.
Emma was also very helpful in every aspect of repair procedures. Emma kept me up to date with repairs and time lines on how repairs were proceeding.
Without question I would recommend Fix Auto to anyone who wants professional and very high standard of repairs carried out to their vehicle. By far the best body shop repair company in Basingstoke.
I have had bad experiences with body shops in Basingstoke, but Fix Auto went above and beyond in all aspects of the repairs to my vehicle. I would without question use and recommend them to anyone who wants an honest, reliable and professional company to carry out repairs to their vehicle.

Was made to feel valued and very welcoming. Everyone was very pleasant and gave me a competitive quote, done the work within the timeframe. Had to return vehicle as there was a couple of blemishes which they sorted without any fuss.

Car returned with a fault that occurred - now repaired
Car returned with a fault that occurred whilst at the repair (warning light). After some emails and a bit of too and fro communication, the car has gone back and the fault has been rectified. We initially gave a 1 star review, but have upgraded to 4 star as it has been now sorted to our satisfaction. Thanks Autofix for sorting.

From the booking in process through to the handing back of the vehicle the service, professionalism and quality of work has been superb. The repair was extreamly well done and vehicle deliver back lovely and clean. There was a slight problem on return and this is where the outstanding service really became apparent. The vehicle was taken back and repaired again to a very high standard and again delivered back by Phil and Ian who were so helpful over the return handover.
The little things are so important and being stupid I took the van to the wrong location . The staff were so helpful giving directions and post codes and one even walked around the corner to explain to my wife in the car the issue and where to go. I would highly recommend
