Great at what other CRMs Simply Cannot Do - Plus Excellent Instant Support

Five CRM has so many features that make it by far my favourite CRM and absolutely the one of choice for telephone based lead generation (not just telemarketing!) and joined up telephone, SMS and email marketing.

In particular I have found Five CRM to be best in class for

1) Live support both on instant chat and phone - The support team always go above and beyond to help us out

2) Ability to manipulate live data (I don't get why other CRMs don't have the features Five CRM do)

2) Sales process automation (complete one field and kick off a whole load of automations)

3) Reporting (ability to report on all data points - including historical values - across the database)

4) Being able to access all the information you need on an account from just one screen (speeds up efficiency 10x)

5) Ease of Customisation

6) Campaign based email marketing & automation

There's much more that Five CRM does well and I'm not the only one who thinks so - most of my clients and partners now use Five CRM as their preferred sales and marketing tool as well.

Of course no product is 100% perfect and if there's one area I'd like to see improved it would be the interface for individual level email auto-responders (currently they get set up automatically as individual campaigns which can visually distract from any bulk campaigns you are running - though there is the useful ability to filter campaigns. It would be better to treat an auto-responder campaign as one campaign)

To sum up, Five CRM works exceptionally well, especially for outbound marketing, sales process automation and email campaign based marketing teams.

Best CRM for Telemarketing

Having used most of the CRM systems in the market in the past 15 years I can say with certainty that Five is by far the best. With it being customisable for each client area, providing full visibility and transparency to clients for reporting, allowing agents to have designated call lists which makes our teams so much more efficient. The email marketing tool if easy to use and provides needed stats on clicks and opens. The ability to increase or decrease licences provides flexibility and helps be cost effective and the support services are always friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Could not recommend highly enough.

All Pros, no Cons!

What a fantastic company FIVE CRM are to work with.

The system is so effortless and easy to use, from scheduling and creating email campaigns, it's compatibility with so many other systems and integrations, right through to the smallest of things that save us so much time like the research options in accounts that take you straight to your desired search engine to find further information on accounts that you may need.

Should however you get a bit stuck nothing is ever too much for Trudy and the team, they are ALL fantastic and so friendly!

Our main issues are always user error, not the system so even when we're being a bit silly and cannot perform certain things in the system, they're always on hand to help and the support is world class.

We've been using this system for a few years now and so far no other system that I have ever used of known companies to use comes close to this CRM.

I cannot recommend this company enough and always put them forward to clients and business associates.

The support team at FIVE CRM are…

The support team at FIVE CRM are excellent. They always respond to my queries and problems in a timely fashion and more often than not are able to resolve the issue. Most issues that can't be resolved are usually beyond their control anyway.

I wanted to take this time to thank you for working so closely with our organization!

I have been with this company going on 12 years now. I’ve had many many experiences in the deployment of new systems and technology upgrades over the years. Some good and some not so good….as you could imagine.

I must say Jon, you have been an incredible resource and a great partner through this project. Your knowledge and professionalism is truly respected.

I reference you as a “partner” because your sincerest concern for our business operations shines through each and every time we communicate.

Our Telesales CRM is a great accomplishment and truly an integral part of our day to day here.

Thank you for leading us through the design, it was my pleasure to of had the opportunity to work side by side with you through the buildout, the ongoing support is fantastic and most importantly…I’m happy to call you a friend.

Great Start with FIVE CRM

We are still quite new to FIVE CRM, but I am very pleased with their accessibility and professionalism and unlike almost all other experiences with CRMs and other Software Application providers, I really appreciate the personable approach take. The support team have been fantastic and a particular shout out to Harriet! Yes, we have a few teething issues as we try to customise the system for our own requirements, but all in all, the experience is very good and I would certainly recommend FIVE CRM to our clients and business associates.

Fantastic Customer Support Team

I communicate with Customer Support frequently and can honestly say they are an amazing team of professionals. Each member is helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable in their role and nothing is too much trouble for them. I could try the patience of a saint yet their enthusiasm is unwavering. I can't complement them enough!!

Support and Customer Service

Recently I called in with a problem regarding our database as there had been a corruption of data and the team at FiveCRM were very helpful. It's always hard to explain the problem when you aren't an expert and the team there are very good at understanding your problem and looking for a solution. I also must mention Trudy from their customer services who called to make sure everything went well and helped reconnect me with the support team when we had a few other problems.

Thrilled with FIVECRM

I have been completely impressed with FIVECRM! We transitioned over this past year and it has been a game changer for us. Brad is amazing! We have had some pretty custom requirements to get things up and running and with each db, we have additional changes/updates. Brad thinks outside the box and helps come up with solutions that will work for our team. He is great and explaining and coaching me through how to do it but also there to help support whenever needed. I could not be happier!!!

Brad has done an amazing job!
From everything that I have heard, ACT is a very difficult platform to extract data from, and Brad was able to get it done. He has been extremely quick to address any questions/concerns and built a database that performs more functions than I would have ever imagined possible.
It's refreshing to work with a company that has technical support that understands their product like Brad does!

Excellent product, even better customer support.

By far the easiest company I have ever worked with. The product speaks for itself, but the support is what sets them apart. If you're looking for a product with great and relevant features that you can customize to your exact standards and you want want the necessary support to implement the software so it works, you're in the right place. Try to get Jon as your support guy. Happy to be a reference if you need convincing.

Every step of the process with FiveCRM …

Every step of the process with FiveCRM has been a delight, from our initial demo with them when we were shopping for a new CRM, through the implementation and training process, right up to the constant support we continue to receive on a daily basis.

The support team at Five respond quickly, are friendly, and really know their stuff, they can't do enough for you!

The system itself is extremely user friendly and, despite it's huge range of functionality, is simple to use on all levels.

As a busy team with a lot of data to handle and many pipelines to manage FiveCRM is perfect for us.

Valued service supplier

We've been using FiveCRM for several years now and before finding it, we were moving from CRM to CRM every year or so due to functionality difficulty etc...
We are happy to report that the ongoing development that they put into their product is brilliant. Function rich and the help desk are friendly & always available.

Keep it up!

The only minor critique that could be easier is the manipulation of the panels on the account screen as it can be difficult to get all of the panels on your view-able screen.
