YourShortlist has been a great tool for connecting directly with clients who have real project needs. Megan and her team are friendly, responsive, and quickly understand our needs, which has led to better-matched projects and smoother collaboration.

Sometimes leads don’t have clear goals or timelines, so I’m hopeful that the updated process will improve lead quality, help clients make decisions faster, and ensure conversations are passed to the right person handling the project. The portal dashboard could also benefit from improvements, like filtering options.

Overall, it’s been a valuable partnership. Thank you, Megan!

Dylan Dempsey was phenomenal! Couldn't fault his service... Great active listener, great tonality throughout our call, and asked great questions to really dig deep into my pain and what i was trying to solve. Top bloke and if i needed another cold caller, i'd hire him in a heartbeat!

I have used Your Short List for several years and generally found them very good. We have received some good quality leads over that time.

Always come back with some good suggestions on potential suppliers and saves having to do a lot of the leg work to find companies yourself.

Dannii and team @YSL are quite easy to approach if/ when you need any help and overall they are a good bunch and helpful.

I recommend working with Megan - after few months she has understood what we do and provides us way more relevant leads than the portal filters!
I can honestly say, that the service over time has improved, but it was a two-way street.

Yourshortlist were a great help in sourcing some new software for our factory when we were looking to replace our time and attendance system. Dylan was really helpful with keeping me informed! We also used them to source accounts and payroll system so their efforts have been very much appreciated.

YourShortlist have been part of our annual marketing spend for a few years now. Like with all leads not all land but you do get to speak to real customers that are looking for a problem that needs fixing.

Great partner, always helping and responsive

We have worked with YSL for over 10 years and the relationship has worked well with a number of leads having been converted into sales. Of course during that time we have had good and bad experiences but we work with our account manager there to maximise on the good experiences and build on them. Like any relationship regular communication and some give and take is required to make it successful.

I have been working with YSL for about 6 months and the quality & quantity of leads we get from them, on the whole, are great and will help us increase sales this year. The partner portal is very user-friendly and customer service offered by our Account Manager, Dannii Callaghan is always very punctual and professional.

I came across the short list on LinkedIn when looking for a new crm system for my mother who runs an estate planning firm. I had an initial call with Dylan Dempsey who asked me all sorts of question to find out exactly what we needed. He emailed me a few examples and introduced us to a company and we are still using them to this day.

This company has saved me plenty time trying to find fairly priced IT partners and services for our non-profit.

They will check up on you via phone call to understand your requirements and how meetings with partners went. Adjusting requirements based on your organisations needs.

Non-profits do not have to pay to use their services, which is much appreciated.

We've been working with YourShortlist for over 5yrs and have found the quality of the leads to be very good. We have generated several high-value sales over this period from YSL leads. The quality of the lead information is very good and enables us to make good decisions on whether we want to purchase a particular lead. Our account manager is very proactive and responsive, which means any (rare) issues get resolved quickly and easily.

YourShortlist has provided useful connections to relevant suppliers we might not otherwise have identified either to include in tender processes or just to inform requirements or benchmark costs.
