Extremely Disappointed – Horizon Andes 7.1 Does Not Work!
I purchased the Horizon Andes 7.1 Elliptical for a premium price, expecting a high-quality product. However, it has never worked from day one.
- Bluetooth is completely inactive – No device can detect it, making their promise of app connectivity meaningless.
- Essential performance metrics are missing – Watts, RPM, and Distance do not display at all.
The manufacturer, Johnson Health Tech. GmbH, sent a replacement console, but it made no difference—the trainer is still unusable. Fitshop and Johnson Health Tech. GmbH respond slowly, taking days or even weeks to reply.
For such an expensive product, this is completely unacceptable. I expected far better quality and customer service. Avoid this machine and brand if you want reliable fitness equipment.
