DO NOT GET A FITBIT

DO NOT GET A FITBIT
By far the most inaccurate watch, one day it tells me im over training, and the next it tells me im under training.
It stopped working within a year of getting it. And im constantly needing to contact customer support for the problems. My biggest regret was purchasing this cheap excuse of a "watch"

Fitbit is not made to last a year

I got my second fitbit on 4th January 2022 and now I find 11 months later the screen has gone blank and no-one can repair it. I have been in contact with Fitbit and tried several times to fix it following their step by step guidance I am so disappointed that this seems to be a fault with this model as this is the second time it has happened with me and two of my work colleagues have had the same problem with the same one and within an even shorter time period. The company obviously doesn’t try to keep their customers and don’t acknowledge when an item is unsatisfactory and not fit for purpose. Surely if looked after so well they should last for a longer time. I will be looking for a new fitness tracker but it won’t be a Fitbit I will be looking at a different manufacturer that can produce one that will last longer than 11 months.
