Easy to follow with the videos. Instructions on form verbally and visually really help. I enjoy having multiple selections that get built into my plan.

I did not join any Fitness program,I do not have the app. I may have put my details in to see the price but I never clicked confirm or any such thing. You have stolen my money and I would like a refund. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and if you look at the reviews I'm not the only one not happy. I don't even know where to find a contact for you. What a sham

I love it , the work outs are really good , it has everything that you need to achieve your goal

Love this app. Exercises are not overwhelming and everything is set up for easy use.

Easy to upload. The 2nd exercise I tried had different spoken instructions to the video which was off-putting.
Overall the plan looks good. Hopefully there won't be more 'computer' errors!

It's easy to plan and change the workout for each day.
Well explained exercises.

Not worth it, they are difficult to cancel

I like the variety of exercises available on this app. They gradually get harder and harder.

I love how it is explained and how everything is segmented.

Very poor experience with fitcoach. The app doesn't count steps accurately. Despite reporting this on day one of the one month trial, I've not received the refund I asked for. All I have received is long winded emails asking me to check my settings and send screen shots and read their refund policy which explains somehow why I'm not entitled to one. Even though the app doesn't work and I reported that one day into the trial. I've uninstalled the app and cancelled the subscription but not received the refund I asked for. Some other points I feel people should be aware of are:
* the app uses a lot of battery running constantly in the background.
* you automatically get added to a mailing list and receive lots unwanted emails
* even if you just opt for a one month trial, it automatically adds an autorenewal onto the subscription, which will charge you a lot more at the end of the trial if you don't notice. And Good luck getting any type of refund.

I would urge people not to install this. Download a free app to count steps, Google some healthy recipes for free and visit YouTube for workout videos.

Waste of money.

I absolutely love the work outs! The convenience of being able to exercise at home with a personal trainer, but not is fantastic!! Highly recommend to everybody!!

Workouts are awesome! Perfect balance.

Enjoyable & fun workouts.

Appreciate the scheduled fitness plan and ability to add additional sessions.

Lovely app until you want to cancel subscription.
I've tried and I'm unable to even though I've followed the instructions given. I've also sent an email to their support group to no avail with no response. No way to cancel subscription and it just keeps continuing the subscription. I'd like to cancel ASAP!

UPDATE: reached out to the email, someone responded… then asked for info… it was given with the hopes of someone fixing the issue

I can do it at home for a short time. Given my hectic schedule, work hours and family at home it is the only way to work out.

I like it. I am hardly ever motivated but when I am, I am.
The Only issue i have is the fasting. I am a Diabetic and cannot really do the fasting.

Just started. Great workouts; really enjoy them; easy to follow. The app doesn't indicate if you have completed it or not (or maybe I haven't worked that out). Menu plan looks good, but not so simply recipes for lunch as require more complex cooking - or maybe its only the first few days.

0 stars. Do not recommend. Customer service is non existent.
