Surprise for wife- a UK book not available in the US
Wanted to get a book for my wife that was released in the UK but not yet in the US. Fishpond sent it to me for a very reasonable price and free shipping!
My wife was thrilled because she thought she would need to wait another 6 months for the US release! Wonderful surprise! Fishpond was seamless in their service. I would absolutely use them again

Joke of a Company - DO NOT USE.
What an absolute disgrace. I've waited three weeks for a textbook - only to receive nothing. No updates posted on my tracking, an abysmal response from the Customer Service Team. This company is a complete joke. When I want to track my order, I expect to see EXACTLY where it is not just "Your order has been placed on February 27th" with no additional information to the books whereabouts. In three weeks, I haven't been given a single update outside of an expected delivery time of 14th of March to 19th of March - which, as you can imagine, my order didn't arrive during this time. DO NOT waste your time or money with this company, it'll simply leave you with a headache.
