Disgraceful

Disgraceful, borderline dishonest company. I ordered and paid for a lipstick in April 2023. I heard nothing from the company, no response to my inquiries until end of November 2023, when they emailed me to say the product was unavailable. I insisted on a refund immediately, which I received.

Shocking that they kept my money for 7 months.

Abysmal Delivery Timeframe

I ordered a DVD from Fishpond on 12.09.23. I also ordered another two DVDs on the same day, one from Film Classics and the other from eBay. Both the other DVDs arrived within 3 business days to WA from the Eastern States. In contrast, Fishpond took 38 days to deliver my DVD. Not good enough. I gave Fishpond 1 star – instead of 0 - because, although their delivery timeframe was abysmal, at least the DVD eventually arrived.

It has come to our attention that your Company is using Nae Nae’s Naturals® name and trademarks without permission, in violation of multiple international and national criminal laws, as well as civil laws regarding trademark infringement and unfair competition.
Our company, Nae Nae’s Naturals® is the exclusive distributor and the owner of the brand. We have never granted permission to your company to sell our brand nor have we sold you inventory for resale. We have never granted permission to post coupon codes or deals based solely on our company for our products.
This will serve as your Legal Notice to Cease and Desist all further actions described above, including any mention of our Products/Company on your Listings on any Marketplace, websites or marketing efforts.
You are hereby instructed to comply with this letter immediately or face legal sanctions under applicable International (International Bureau of WIPO located in Geneva, Switzerland), Federal and State law.

Awesome Service At An Affordable Price!

I purchased a really nice book from Fishpond after looking at a lot of other online shop sites. They had the best price and got here fast to the US! There was a small irregularity with the payment on my end for whatever reason, but Fishpond reached out to me immediately and worked with me to resolve it. These extra steps made me appreciate how secure my payment was, and their customer support was excellent and accommodating! Thank you guys for everything!

Book was lost due to poor packaging...

Book was not packaged securely and was lost in transit. At least Fishpond handled the refund quickly and easily, but I would have preferred to get my book

We never received the book

We never received the book. Was expected between August 15, 2023 and August 22, 2023. Don't know what to do from here.
