100" TV ordered - they measure with a 10cm wide tool and say it's Level.

100" TV ordered. paid for full service.
they deliver. "oh, we don't bring upstairs".
i organize that myself.
they come next day "oh, wall mount too small". i buy new one.
they come again and claim it's leveled installed. it's not. 60cm left, 58.5cm right. (lol).
they schedule again. they come so late, i need to go work.
the schedule again. 2 ninjas come and put their 10cm wide waterpas on the TV and say it's level. i say no. i pull out my 180cm waterpas. they say "nah, floor isn't level". lol. i say go measure! they then "mmmh". i say go level to ceiling too.
they wanna take it off, but they fail. they blame me, for installing wall panels behind the TV, that's why they can't fix the TV now .
i explained them, how to fix it. the wall mount has fine adjustment screw. they say "nah, bro, that screw is for something else". (lol).
they get called by phone to move on, after spending 10 min at my location.
they say "go make another appointment".

since you can lift the TV on the right up a bit (1.5cm), which lifts it out of the wall mount a tiny bit, i'll just get myself a little steel block, on a long pole, which i'll place into the hanger, so then it sits on there. this will level my TV.
i paid 100 EUR for terrible service, after 5 appointments and 10 days and even carrying it myself, i still don't have a level TV.

guys, don't spend money on this.

Do not workj with this company!!!

I bought a refrigerator from Samsung.nl and I paid 25€s for installation service. The carrier guy insist that the refrigerator wont fit the doors. I offer help to them and remove all obstacles might cause a proble. They still refuse the carry the refrigerator inside. Instead of it they took a pictures. After that I called one of my neighbour and we moved the refrigerator by ourselves. After that I asked them to install it and take back the old refrigerator with them. They literally run away from my house.

"Disrespectful Delivery Experience"

I ordered a Samsung washing machine from MediaMarkt with full service: old unit removal, installation, and a test wash.

It all went wrong at delivery. The First Logistics driver arrived late, took one look, and claimed the machine wouldn’t fit – insisting we rebook. My partner asked for measurements, proved it would fit (just like the old one did), but the man kept repeating he had no time.

Pressed for time and clearly unwilling, he refused to do the job. After some argument, my partner convinced him to at least carry in the new machine and take the old one, but instead he said he’d call his boss — and then simply left, having scheduled a new visit without our consent. It was Friday. We needed the machine for the weekend.

I ended up canceling the order and buying the same model from bol.com. Their team came on Saturday, on time, and completed the job professionally – without charging extra for the same service.

The fact that MediaMarkt chooses to partner with a logistics company that has so many negative reviews shows a lack of commitment to high-quality service. Although I’ve been a MediaMarkt customer before, this experience severely damaged my trust.

Sorry to say but the guy who came to our house from First logistics was a nightmare for us, his name is ABDULHADI...He was shouting to my wife only because she can't speak dutch. This is clearly called RASISM. Even that guy wasn't originated from Netherlands for sure but still he was barking to us like a dog and threatened us by saying that he will harm to my family. My family is very scared now. We called to police already and complaint against him. Also to Mediamarkt.

The track and trace says, the order delivers between 4:30PM and 8:47PM. Your FAQ says, the delivery agent will call me once he arrives, he did not call me, why??

Also, the delivery guy (Abdulhadi) parked the car in the middle of the street and when I asked him to move the car to another place because there was a huge traffic jam, then he was started shouting on me as well and was trying to hit me, I somehow protect myself and after that when my neighbour came he just ran away without installing the product.

First Logistics doesnt even have a number to call,pity :(

Came to install a washing machine

Came to install a washing machine. Didn’t install it properly and it was leaking. Called them again and they said they cannot turn the tap off to fix it. After they left I looked and realized they turned it all the way on instead of off. Literally turned the tap the wrong way.

Incompetent and unprofessional.

Incompetent and unprofessional.

This company is used by MediaMarkt Netherlands for delivery and installation.

They do not know what service was paid for by the customer. Even when you pay for premium installation of a washdryer, they are unable to correctly install it.

They hide behind being a third party company (like that's my problem) and not having time (or knowledge) to deliver the full service you paid for.

Professionality: 0

These companies only exist because people are forced to use them via companies like MediaMarkt.

Where “Morning” Means 6 PM

If you’re looking for a company that redefines time management, look no further than First Logistics. They assured me they handle 15-20 customers a day (two-thirds of which are service appointments), spread generously over 9 hours. My tracking clearly indicated a morning slot, but here’s the twist—they admitted that their “planning” isn’t even done until after 11 AM. So, imagine my surprise when morning turned into 6 PM! Props for the honesty, but it seems First Logistics believes in making sure neither their employees nor their customers get a break.

We were home but recieved no delivery

Delivery was sceduled at 14.31 hr. We saw a truck in front of our house and waited for someone ring our doorbell. To our surpise no-one got out and the truck left. Within 2 miniutes the track and trace showed "no delivery because no-one at home".
We tried to call First Logistic but the are not reachable, nor for buyer (me) or seller (store).
We left a complained on their contactform hoping that they will contact us and rescedule the delivery for later today otherwise I will have cancel my appointments for yet an other day, hoping that next time they will get out of their truck and walk to my frontdoor to acctualy ring my doorbell.

Unprofessional

Unprofessional.I bought a dishwasher and waited 5 days for the installation team to show up. 2 minutes into the installation appointment, they told me it couldn’t be installed and they were running late for the next appointment, so they must leave. I insisted that they at least explain what problem it was, so one of the workers started pointing at different parts of the kitchen and telling me to *ask a boyfriend* to take some boards apart. I said I could take them apart in 20 seconds, since it was only held together by 2 screws. They refused and said they didn’t have even 20 s to spare for my appointment, because they already showed up late… If all they could spare was 3 minutes to install a dishwasher, they probably never planned to get the work done in the first place, why show up at all? This was a waste of my time and a very disrespectful way of treating their customers.

My father in law waited in all day for…

My father in law waited in all day for my dogs ashes. After we missed the first delivery which was then rescheduled. And they didn’t deliver. Then they agreed with the 3rd party. Who said they would pay for a weekend delivery. Told me to phone Saturday morning for a two hour slot. So I phoned and they said oh it’s not down to be delivered but hold on the line and I will sort it out. They then said it would be delivered between 3pm And 5pm. And it never turned up completely unacceptable. Would not recommend this heartless company to my worst enemy.

First logistics company horrible service in Netherlands

First logistics company is highly incompetent lack knowledge how to install never did service to take back or install the TV and Blame Mediamarkt for their inefficiency. They do NOT DO what Mediamarkt ask for. People come from different places and do not know what exactly they were asked to do. Mediamarkt should stop using first logistics company because its service for installation and return pick up is zero and horrible. Lot of time and money wasted. All cheap tactics they play. This happened two times with them.

Incompetents.

I ordered a built-in fridge from Mediamarkt, and it was supposed and installed by Firstlogistics. When they arrived, on the day of the installation, from the moment they entered the house they said that the fridge is not the right one and that the Mediamarkt warehouse gave them the wrong fridge. Anyway, they returned it, and I called mediamarkt and complained about what happened. Mediamarkt proved, with pictures, that they gave Firstlogistics the appropriate fridge, which was compatible to be built in the furniture I have. My conclusion is that the personal from Firstlogistics is incompetent. It took me one week to get my money back. I went to a competent company and they installed the fridge (same brand and model ordered the first time) easily.

Failure of Mediamarkt dryer installation

Mediamarkt used this courier for the delivery and installation of my dryer. I paid for the highest level installation cost which as described by Mediamerkt includes the installation of the intermediate and the stacking of the washer and dryer. When getting here the delivery driver (Mustafa) pretended that he could do nothing about the intermediate despite it saying it was included in the installation of the dryer. He left my dryer sitting in my hallway not installed. I have called Mediamarkt and they have told me this should never have happened and that I am getting a refund. Please stay far far away from this company if you can.

The courier arrived my address without…

The courier arrived my address without having someone with him to help him getting my order to the door of my home.
So why even you came if you can't get my order delivered properly. And he did not accept that I will help.
And now Media market shows that they delivered but I wasn't home.

Such a bad service!

This company is used by media markt

This company is used by media markt.
And like them offers very poor service.
I made two appointments to collect large air conditioning unit
The first one provided no date or time so randomly turned up when I was unavailable.
Called Media Markt made a second
This time received date and time .
The did not come . Took a day off work without pay for nothing
Rang Media Markt who confirmed. Indeed no pick up had been attempted..
They now refuse to make a collection.
As they have a 2 appointment limit.
Apparently the ones they never keep still count.
So it can rot in my hall way
I would not recommend this company or media markt
Very poor but typical of service here.
