Great prices, not so great service, but proper reaction on feedback

Purchased gas oven there, the price and product were really good. Initially free delivery and free disposal of the old oven were promised on the site.I didn't want installation service because I've got existing gas connection point and I was planning to install the oven myself. But later on it was figured out that I need to pay 15EUR extra for delivering to upper floor. Ok, I paid. Then they informed me that I have to bring my old oven to the ground floor myself because delivery company does not have proper insurance. That was weird. As an alternative they offered me a full delivery and installation service for extra 70 eur on top of 15 eur I'd paid. I agreed because they promised to do full service this time, including replacement of old bulky gas tap I have. But when delivery had arrived, delivery guys told me that they were not aware of gas tap replacement and they don't have time for that. So instead of free delivery I've got 85EUR of extra costs and basic installation which I was planning to do myself. That part was quite disappointing... I'd recommend purchasing goods in Keukenloods.nl but don't recommend buying installation services there.

Update: next day after leaving this feedback I have been contacted by keukenloods.nl representative who was really eager to settle this issue down. I truly appreciate and would like to encourage such attitude. Therefore I'm changing my rating from 3 to 5.
