Stuck in London my passport maybe locked in a closed cafe and London BA offices closed for the night. Called BA in San Francisco and fell into the hands of Nicholas. After four hours on the phone Nicholas calmed me down issued a new ticket. Cafe opened found my passport and was even seated with my partner. Never would have happened without Nicholas’ skill and patience. Thank you, Nicholas

The contact person Anton at ext 10004 was great. He demonstrated Commitment to Excellence. He assured me that this call was legit and that I had no worries. He stayed on the phone with me until the very end. He also kept me informed and explained the process to the fullest.

They pretended to be KLM Airlines and ripped me off for $1,600.00 telling me that they were going to refund the $7,300 I spent on return airline tickets, after they received my money the women named Jayde sent me a text and said that they could not refund my money for the tickets because I didn’t have a refundable ticket ? What was she talking about, why would I have tried to get my money back from her if I had bought a refundable ticket ? If something doesn’t make sense, stop and think before giving them money. They are total scammers, don’t be fooled.

I was facing several problems modifying my mother’s flight, regarding finding a flight and also the name problem on the ticket. Ms. Elyte Greene has been extremely helpful and provided me her full attention and effort to get my mother to safety from my country. She has been respectful, well articulate, helpful and genuinely cared about the situation i was passing through. I confidently say that my family and I will remain loyal to the airlines especially after Ms. Greene helped us through this tough and complicated issue.

Shine, knew I needed help with my reservations, as I need to see my very ill friend. I wanted to book a flight from my original destination in SF, to Fresno. She took the time to completely redo do my reservation so I could fly into Fresno. She was wonderful, so caring and efficient. I love her. My familly was faced with the shocking news of a war breaking out in Israel. Having spoken to my son which was studying abroad, he expressed his fear and desire to return home. As he just turned 18, and was was never exposed to such horror, we tried everything to make this happen. Trying all types of routes to get a flight... none were possible. On Oct 8th, we got though ElAl consolidation number and spoke with an Angel, her name was Susan. With reassurance, kindness, patience she managed to find the most reasonable flight back. While faced with incessant questions and back and forth she stayed very patient and was available to answer every one of our concerns. She even check up throughout his journey. I was lucky to have fallen with such an amazing agent.

I wound up using this service via ITA Airlines. I needed to change my ITA flight and their number came up. The employee that helped me, Shine, was like a booking angel.

FRAUD - be aware - Imposters - acted as they were LUFTHANSA - we explicitly and repeatedly asked them if we were connected to the corporate direct Lufthansa customer support line and Michael kept reassuring us that he works at Lufthansa and that the additional $360 were the difference in the Lufthansa ticket fare and in addition to the $215 change fee. They are trying to make an additional $360 for themselves and are telling you that Lufthansa is charging this increased ticket fee! Be aware - FRAUDAULENT company!

Yep - Scam. They claimed to be KLM but are not. So far, it looks like my ticket is booked, which is good. However it looks like they marked it up ~$250 over what KLM would have charged.

They use fake names. I should have known since they have a thick Spanish accent when they speak.

They even Insult you & mock you.
Yes, they actually giggle while you ask them to cancel a transaction that has been inflated.

They will mislead you and will charge you an inflated amount.

I had been forced to call my bank to report the fraud and the airline as well since they are misrepresenting them and my neighbor who is sm FBI agent has asked me to file a complaint after reading all the bad reviews.

I was called “crazy” I had been harassed and threatened as well.
