Great customer support, friendly service
Jack was very helpful when I needed to change my reservation. He guided me through the process and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with, he provided excellent customer service. I will be flying with Delta again. Thanks for your help Jack!

I am rating my experience with the CS Agent Lluvia Gracia. She is excellent and exceeds expectations in courtesy, patience, after I had been discarded and mistreated by other agents from the airline. Not only me, we were seven passengers, one of them disabled. However Ms Gracia’s support made our whole experience bearable. Thank you.

Nick was amazing
Nick was amazing! He was not only professional, but also kind and went above and beyond in advocating for me in a difficult situation. He listened to my problem relating to an expiring credit which was due to a medical situation and was able to have the credit extended. Thank you, Nick, foe assisting this retired teacher and her disabled veteran husband.
