To be honest Fristbase have given me the opportunity to open a company when I needed it the process was fairly easy and well explained . I give them 5 stars because they did what was needed when it was needed and I am now a company owner. I just would love them to provide a proper bank account setup but it’s not their job. This would just be a great plus. But thank you overall I am very grateful. God bless !

Firstbase.io made it simple to incorporate our US business from abroad. The platform is clean and easy to follow. Their bundled services - including EIN and bank account setup - made things very convenient.

The mailroom feature is excellent and has worked smoothly throughout. It’s definitely one of the best parts of the platform.

Support can be quicker. Response times are not always consistent. That said, everything was eventually completed as expected.

Overall, a solid experience. I’d recommend Firstbase.io if you’re looking for a straightforward way to launch a US business from overseas.

Firstbase made it easy for us to get our company off the ground quickly and easily. Taking care of all the important things you need when starting up and allowing us to focus on the most important thing: getting the business off the ground!

We use Firstbase for their agent service related to our incorporation, our foreign registrations in other states, and for all of the state level payroll account setups.

The only thing we ran into some challenges with is the state level payroll account setup, most of which were outside of Firstbase's control.

I'll definately recommend you to everyone.

First off, I want to say that now that I’ve gone through the process, I actually want to gatekeep this service—because the steps it shows you to open up a company are insane. Yes, there are cheaper ways to open a company, but I learned that you pay more to have it done right.

I had a small hiccup with the mailroom, but it got resolved quickly. The helpdesk is AI-first, but if it can’t help you, a real person will step in to assist.

So yes, I’m still gatekeeping your service, but I’d strongly advise people to use it.

It's good. I had experience with different legal services and by far Firstbase takes care of most possible steps automatically unless my legal action/signature was required.

Overall it took care of setting up Business Address, Digital Mailing, Registered Agent and then same for another state I need to operate in, but behold, they also handled shares allocation for the Wyoming C Corp in a VC friendly way.

Very few companies offer all that, not to mention accounting and taxes.

Zero support - their chat is outsourced to some third world country where they reply only with canned messages.

Impossible to reach them when important things in your company need a quick cooperation. In the last instance, an outdated form took 6 months for them update it!!! All while i was without mailroom service.

If you value and care about your business, dont use them.
