Every time I’ve had a question, their team has gotten back to me incredibly fast — usually within an hour, and never more than a day. Their attentiveness and customer support are outstanding! I’m still in the early stages of setting up my first C-Corp, and they’ve taken the time to explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms — no confusing legal jargon at all.

Firstbase.io seems like a good idea at first but they keep charging even after you close your business and move on on your credit card. You can't remove your credit card on file or reach out anyone in support.

Excellent experience, the technical support is very fast and very friendly. I recommend using their service.

Excellent service, just about everything is automated for you, you just need to fill out some forms & data.

Pricing is fair & competitive compared to other similar services.

Customer assistance is great, both times I needed help they got back to me in less than 5 minutes.

Improvement suggestions:
- bring back different agent tiers (agent light, autopilot, etc)

Opening my company with Firstbase was so much easier than I expected. The whole process was super quick, smooth, and efficient — in just a few days, everything was ready ✅. I subscribed to "autopilot", USD$299/year. They are supposed keep on top of filings. I learned that my filing was late. So I asked them what is going on? They send me an invoice for USD$740 with no itemisation. And filings for domestic corporations for the state of Delaware is USD$50 and the franchise tax min. is USD$175. Still trying to review. But buyer beware. They are not very transparent. Try finding some other options.

I have 2 years working with them, and the service is exceptional, I have constant updates if a new mail arrives from IRS or any other.

My experience with Firstbase was super smooth. I like their service and support team. My only feedback would be to let the customer know about hiring their agent and not an outside agent before starting the application. Otherwise, it was perfect.

FirstBase.io totally exceeded my expectations. I was incorporating a U.S. company from overseas and thought it would be a hassle — but nope. The whole process was smooth, fast, and super straightforward.

What really blew me away was the customer support. I had a small issue, reached out, and they were on it immediately. Not just helpful — above and beyond helpful. Seriously, some of the best support I’ve experienced.

Everything was done in just a couple of days, and I had all the documents and setup I needed. If you’re starting a business from outside the U.S., these are the people you want to work with.

I previously used Firstbase for a company I co-founded and generally found the platform to be good. At that time, I asked a professional question regarding share transfers, but the initial reply I received was very short and firm: ‘We don’t do any shares transfers etc. I told Alex that !’

When I politely pointed out that I found the response somewhat aggressive, the reply I got was: ‘Best to you brother.’

While I understand this reflects their policies, the tone felt a bit cold and personal. I now need Firstbase’s services for a new company, and I know the platform is technically solid, but because of this past interaction, I am exploring other options as well.

Easy and straightforward, if you want someone to do it right for you and check all the boxes then these are your people.

The team responded promptly and solved the request satisfactorily

This was my best ever experience with FirstBase. From initial process till company formation, everything seemed like a smooth journey. I must admire their dashboard designed for customers, it's just amazing and a phenomenal experience.

The interface is user friendly and the process is easy, however few points to improve on:
1. More clarity about 2nd-3rd step additional payments that are hiding and showing up only after you start the process and pay the initial fee. Will be useful to show in advance what other payments are waiting, allowing the user to chose in advance what route to pick.
2. The level of documents provided at the end of the process is a bit basic, could have been more comprehensive and better presented as PDF's already signed with the relevant name (Stripe Atlas are better on this one).
3. Need to have more clarity about the local address (maybe they should add it as a virtual service like others) and about the agent.

Pros:
1. Support is fantastic, very rapid and efficient
2. Process is easy
3. Plenty of add ons, even though payable in some cases
