The workshop was really interesting. We learned a lot about first aid in different area. we practically applied some activities like CPR.I am really happy from this workshop and the trainer was really professional and helpful.

Our trainer Andy was fantastic. Really engaging and he made sure we all practised. I'm very sorry that our organisation didn't book any refreshments for him / us, as he was leading all day and didn't even get a free cup of tea from the Uni, how abysmal!

Really enjoyed the course and felt like I got a lot out of it. I attended a one day course on Emergency First Aid at Work. It was clear the instructor, Malcolm, was very knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail, using the slides and videos only to supplement what he was saying. He was very engaging and delivered the course with the right balance of light-heartedness and seriousness. I also really liked that he explained/emphasised the importance of teamwork and just doing your best in a situation that requires first aid.
I couldn't recommend him/the course enough.

Enjoyed the day and learnt a lot

Earlier this week I attended my first ever Emergency first aid course at the training centre at The Team Valley. The trainer was paramedic Malcom Leech. He was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable and also very pleasant and witty. Great course. Would highly recommend.

I found the course extremely enjoyable, informative and useful. It was a 1 to 1 course, superbly delivered by a first class instructor.

Training was delivered excellently. Learned a lot and feel more confident as a result of the training.

Informative, relaxed and friendly training received at our dental practice. Refreshing experience compared to other providers in the past. We will definitely using them for future CPR and BLS training.

I had refresher First Aid at work training.
This provided useful updates and time for me to think about the processes involved.

By far, the best training I have ever been. Tony and Andy have amazing delivery skills and were able to create a friendly atmosphere where we felt comfortable asking questions. The subjects that we tackled were properly explained, good resources and the classroom was nice and cozy. Strongly recommend this training!

The tutors were professional. They demonstrated and taught us how to perform First Aid professionally in those three days for the course of First Aid at Work level e I would recommend NEAS NHS

The course was delivered by paramedics and was really well structured and presented. The why as well as what to do was really helpful. 100% recommend this provider for 1st aid course.

This was an amazing opportunity to learn first aid from an experienced paramedic who conveyed the material in an easy to learn manner. I really feel I can use what I have been taught if a situation were to arise until paramedics could arrive on scene. Thank you Malcolm!

The fact that NEAS were able to deliver this training on site was great for us as it saved a lot of travel and preparation time.
Trainer was great, patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Cost was most effective too.

I regret that my previous first aid training was not with The NEAS NHS Foundation Trust @ the team Valley branch. What a fantastic experience. The reception was very professional yet friendly. Because the trainer (Malcolm Leech) had many years of on-the-job experience, this made the course practically fun and a lot easier to imbibe. As for cleanliness, I shall give the cleaning team a 10 star. I have never been to a place as clean. Too clean! So, thank you to the entire team for making the experience truly beautiful. I shall be back!

As a recently retired GP I thought I would do this course just to support my sports and outdoor activities certification. More of the same I thought…..
BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed the course, learned and revised practical skills and came away feeling it had been well worth the money.
The instructor was excellent, a former combat medic turned paramedic. The manner and timing with which information was presented was spot-on, and the practical skills sessions well run, with important feedback.
There is no doubt in my mind that I am a better first-aider after going on this course, and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to update their skill-set.
