Ordering and delivery were great and…
Ordering and delivery were great and the quality of the logs is fantastic. My only issue is what to do with the crate they were delivered in. My neighbour had to dismantle it and take it to the tip. I live on my own and could not even move it when all the logs were removed.

Delivered to wrong address, waited a week and still no wood. Minimal communication. Fault is with delivery man but we are still without any fuel.

Product was delivered on time, as expected and the delivery driver dropped the pallet of logs exactly where I asked using an electric pump truck. All round very good.

Driver had a ridiculous electric wheeler that couldn't get the crate over the gravel. Left the crate outside the gate. Will never use again

Tail-lift lorries and pallet trucks require clear, firm, and level access, and surfaces such as gravel can make it difficult to move heavy pallets safely. Deliveries are therefore made on a kerbside basis, meaning the driver will unload to the nearest safe point at the property boundary, such as the driveway entrance.
We understand this may not have met your expectations on this occasion, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Good quality firewood
Good quality firewood, very accommodating and friendly delivery (Farrall’s). Chose and paid for day of delivery but no tracking info until 12.30pm on day of delivery but then had a 2 hour delivery slot given, confirmation of dispatch maybe day before would be helpful to know it’s definitely on the way.
