We would like to confirm that most EUR withdrawals are processed within a few minutes from our side. It can take up to 24h to arrive on your bank account depending on your bank. Unfortunately we cannot influence this.
Moreover, most crypto withdrawals are processed instantly, except if they are subject to the cool-down period for safety reasons. This is also clearly indicated on our platform before you make your first withdrawal.

Great app
Finst has been my favourite method of converting my crypto to euro and the fees are much lower than most of the platforms that I tried. Support is fast to answer and helpful and the transactions are detailed and transparent.

Very happy with the platform. A lot of coins available, fees are much lower than elsewhere and customer support is very responsive.

Very high fees
I was referred to Finst by a trusted friend for its low fees, hence why I trusted this platform to operate that way. Have to admit I was in a hurry to send funds from Finst to a DEX and clicked on 'Next' too fast and too often with trusting the outcome. Silly me.
Anyhow, I ended up with a Withdraw order on hold for 48hrs (because of new account, even though KYC is mandatory) and having to pay 0.571 $ATOM on fee to send a lousy 22 $ATOM to Keplr. That is just legalized theft. x-(
Keplr charges cents in $OSMO to send whatever to anywhere you want it. Mexc charges 0.01 $ATOM.
Unless a stablecoin is Withdrawn, holding a crypto currency for 48hrs is just horrible UX. Already am in loss with it and can't cancel the order.
Definitely the first and last time I used Finst for onramp.

It has well designed investment packs with managed portfolios
It has well designed investment packs with managed portfolio, containing 5-10-25 different cryptos. The diversification of these portfolios are managed by Finst, which means the yield can be much higher than simply backtracking the portfolio in the last 16 years of crypto.
This is why I invested. I'm checking out the yield of one of the portfolio for a few years and if the yield is good, I'll invest more in the portfolios of Finst.
The surface and design really good, it is the best and fastest design I've ever saw in my 10 years of Crypto experience.
Hopefully we'll make a good yield too with the portfolio packs you can find only and exclusively inside the platform if you register.
