Good quality handmaid rugs at a good price. Excellent website and customer service.

Colors are not quite as shown, what I thought was rose/red, is more orange, and the blue is not the intensity I expected. The quality of the rug is excellent otherwise.

The service was absolutely wonderful, but the difference in color between the online illustration and the real thing was more than I could have ever guessed. I returned the rug, and Steve, the manager. could not have been nicer. Not a quibble. Good guy. He really went out of his way. I think the lesson is that buying "Oriental" rugs must be done in person which is what we had always done previously. It will cost more, but you'll get what you want. Or - as I may do - order several you think might work - look them over in your own space - and return some or all. We are fortunate to live only about 30 minutes away from FRC. It would be harder if you lived more than an hour or two away.

Rug came as expected. Delivery was quick. Colors are vibrant. Price was good for a rug this large. Very pleased.

I admit that I was a bit uncomfortable about buying a Persian rug from the web, but decided to take the chance. I'm so glad I did! The rug arrived promptly and was exactly as described. IT IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! And the price was fantastic. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Fine Rug Collection to anyone. In fact I'm shopping the site again today for a rug for the den!

Also wanted to mention that I really liked the HD video of each rug on the site. It gave me a much better look at the rug than just the pictures.
