I downloaded this app. For my child going to and from school. I added myself. My wife and my son. My sons tracking kept failing in the middle of his journey. So I cant see were he is. Its a waste of money for me.

I've found it very helpful

I like find my kids, but there are some nuances as every time I go into the app, I am just trying to find my kids location and find advertisements right on the main screen, which is annoying. I have to figure out every time how to minimize them so I can see the map. Suggest a notification icon for those that want to find out more instead of taking up half the screen.

I have been using this app for many years now. The location and routes that the child is very accurate.

I would like to know of it is possible to show a street view versus sky view?

I was charged the annual renewal fee without any notification. I thought that removing my card info would prompt them to reach out to me for payment, but they extracted the monies from my bank account through Cash App! And then it was charged to Google Play. I thought my account was hacked and went through a lot of trouble only for my bank to have to investigate and figure out it was Find My Kids. I'm pissed! Why not just send an email or something letting me know it's time to renew?

It didn't work at first, so I cancelled the subscription. Now it's working better, but I'll look for a cheaper alternative since it's very expensive.

The localisation is not accurate.. a big gap between the moment your kid quit a place and the alert on your phone.
when you buy minutes packages they are never added to your app and a mess to get refund

I received a quick refund !! Thank you but still..I lost a lot of time to get a response (3 attempts to keep a chat exchange) and have an explanation regarding minutes packages not charging in my app.

I was skeptical of this app at first. After downloading it and using it, I found it to be the best thing since sliced bread. It’s informative, it’s easy to use and gives you a plethora of information. If you have kids and need on the spot info, this app fulfills all your needs. Try it, you’ll see what I mean…

I enjoyed using the app until my ex-husband forced my son to turn his location off so I can no longer see my son. There should be a way that locations cannot be turned off unless verified by the parent using the app.

Accurate, easy to follow

The app always says my kid is at home regardless of where he is. The app doesnt show him moving between places (such as from home to school), you have to exit the app and go back in it to see the movement.
This review asks for a date this happened. It is every day, not one specific incident. I have reached out for support and it got me nowhere.

Before, I loved that I can listen to my daughter's surround sound. That way, I know the people that she is interacting is safe and true to what she tells me. Now that feature is taken away, so I don't know if the people she is meeting up are what she is telling me.

Love it highly recommended to help track your child and a listen to their surroundings leaving parents at ease daily that their child is always safe

It would be better to show (for example with a red dot) our parent location in addition to the kid location to be able to find ourselves in a public place for example

It works simply perfectly, my son and my daughter feel safe and I always know where they are. Also te SOS is quite useful.

I am completely dissatisfied with the app's location tracking feature. My daughter lost her phone, and we followed the app's location to search for it everywhere, but we couldn't find it. Three days later, the phone was found a few stores away.

There app is so glitchy that I find myself relying on free apps. Customer service is next to non existent. They only contact me when my child is at school or about 1am in the morning. I hope parents read these reviews before making the mistake I did. DO NOT BUY!!!

The child's localisation is often not precise. It seems that he made displacements or tours that then in reality were not done.

Payment for one year. No tracking of my daughter since a few months. The application tracks her phone 2-3 kms around her with many movement in a day whereas she is at home with me. No support, only a useless chat with automatic answers. Forget it.
