On time. Very efficient and clean throughout the whole radiator replacement. Tested thoroughly after installation and before leaving.

I had a replacement inlet valve for the toilet. As always very happy with the service that Ian finch plumbing and heating give. Will be using them for all plumbing things in the future. Thank you.

Have used Finch for many years. They provide an excellent service. They get the job done efficiently and work in a clean and tidy way.
Recently I have contacted them re a leaking pipe and they have sent an engineer the next day who went out of his way to ensure the repair was done without draining the system to save me cost.

Very helpful advice initially, a realistic quote and the work - new shower screen and in-line descaler - completed expeditiously and professionally. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Did not turn up! we i called to inquire they gave a lame excuse about having an emergency job. Could not guarantee that the engineer would even turn up.

If i had not called to question where the engineer was I doubt they would have even bother to contact me.

Happy with the work to service and provide a GSC. Quote to repair boiler was expensive ie £290 more than the quote I'm going with!

Fast and Efficient service, nice plumbers, genuinely interested in sorting my problems and understood the urgency when our heating pump to the underfloor heating broke down, even with needing parts to be ordered it was all fixed in a few days. very grateful.

Work wad done very well within the time imparted. The engineers were friendly and left the place tidy. I was pleased with the result (fitting of brand new boiler). The price was competitive and stayed as quoted.
