Once again, a great service from start to finish from Jamie and the staff at Finch. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so accommodating with any requests regarding dates, etc. Jamie is always cheerful and often suggests a better way of installation, which is most helpful to us. We have been using Finch services for a few years now, almost annually with our decorating plans, and cannot fault their customer service and professionalism throughout. We always recommend Finch to our friends.

I am very satisfied with the boiler installation. Mason was highly professional and completed the job very efficiently, cleanly, and on time. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained how the new system works.

Super easy to contact via email and phone. We used these guys as they came highly recommended by a plumber family friend. They renovated our bathroom and did a great job, kept us up to date with progress and explained what needed doing. Came back later to install a water softener and actually got us to choose a different one which is more reliable and proven than what we had in mind alongside being cost effective. Anytime we have an issue they're who we want to fix it. They fixed our old boiler very quickly and have also organised fitters to sort out our kitchen flooring too.
I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Finch Plumbing and Heating company have been brilliant with our Alpha boiler that has run into a number of issues over the years. Sarah in the office is always really helpful and Jamie the engineer has worked diligently and with great expertise. He recently came out after hours to rescue our hot water system.
We are really impressed and most grateful to all in the team.

When making the original Appt, the Telephone assistant was very helpful. We were expecting an engineer between one and three and Colin arrived promptly at 1 pm. He worked for 55 minutes and was very thorough and efficient. Finch Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad I took their advice to contact them. Many thanks for a good service.

When it came to the two days of install, the plumber was again friendly & polite, explaining when I popped out to see him part way through how much progress was made and kept me informed about what was outstanding for day 2.

The office staff were also very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way about the timings, the parts arriving etc.

In summary, a really good company with excellent affordable work.
