Carrie is just brilliant. From the start she explained the mortgage and how it works in layman terms without being patronising. We knew where we stood and what we could afford. I asked a number of questions on a frequent basis at random times of day, she never kept me waiting very long with her reply. She changed our mortgage without prompting when the rates got better at least 3 times. All along the way she chased solicitors and the estate agents.
