I had a good experience through your online ordering site but didn't receive the room that I paid for when I got to the hotel.

I had a good experience through your online ordering all went well except when I got to the holiday Inn I didn't get the room that I ordered online. I was not happy and asked them why but they said it wasn't available so I'm not sure why they had it showing available online.

Customer service has taken a hit.
The great towing service has changed. No one came foe my jumpstart when i needed it causing me to snat h battery out and take to walmart. 2nd let down was tire change service . I was advised service no longer offered.

paid for towing with just a receipt

Policy paid for towing with just a receipt. Reimbursement for repair require all kinds of extra proof of ownership and they only paid about half of the 30% owed on the bill. That was only $50 more than the towing bill. Pretty ridiculous. Rotor was damaged because wheel cylinder was not releasing. Still considered rotor a wear part even though wear was premature and did not pay for system flush that was required due to wheel cylinder replacement and overheating because of stuck caliper. Very disappointed.

Cuando mi Esposo tuvo un accidente solo presente las pruebas del accidente y pagaron la mitad de mi deducible. When my Husband had an accident he only presented the accident documentation and they paid half of my deductible. Very good Thanks bien Gracias
