This the 4th time they have not delivered a order a bamboo bowl office chair portable wheelchair ramp and mow a funnel told Walmart to use other mailers
They either hire stupid drivers thieves or are incompetent

They get one star because zero isn’t an option. SHEIN uses this company and they are horrible. I think they either ship empty boxes and say it’s delivered OR take what is in the box for themselves and mark it as delivered.
Either way? I never got my stuff. Then to add insult to injury, the product I purchased are bogus. I reached out to Mary Ruth’s vitamins and they do NOT sell to SHEIN.
Seems like SHEIN and JCEX might be running a scam.

If I cancel every shipment I purchase that uses this shipping company I absolutely would. Marks delivered but never truly delivers. The worst shipping company!!!!!! BBB here I come!

Scam - I bought something from a seller and they used this courier. When checked the tracking, it said it was delivered to my address but it never arrived!

The deep freezer I ordered from Walmart was supposed to arrive on wednesday, so I stayed home wednesday, thursday, Friday and, Saturday not wanting to miss the delivery. According to their cracking system, it was delivered to me on saturday. It was not delivered to me, there is no information regarding who delivered it, fedex, ups, Etc., and there is no proof of delivery photo.

Package shows delivered, but I never received it. I was home all day the day it says it was delivered. On the phone now with Amazon CS trying to get a refund. Been on hold 10 minutes.

Scammers. Posting air shipments that dont exist. Then passing address and phone numbers in Canada that have nothing to do with parcels. RUN

They provided fake tracking number to package ''selled" in Ebay. It was updated regularly but actually there was no package going enywhere. Finally it was "delivered". Which actually never occurred. Numerous contacts to company and they never told who was delivery partner nor was there any package. I got my money back via Ebay thou.

Tracking updates were very non-descriptive

It was over 33 Days in transit - I suspect it was a SCAM

Ordered a gaming chair and they claim it was delivered and no delivery truck or courier delivered the package when you go to email them it is not even a legit email address dont trust these lying scammers

Ordered item through well known website and given a JCEX tracking. After 45 days of updated tracking then being told the item had been delivered was rubbish. The item was never received. Contacted JCEX no response. Luckily received a full refund from the well known website. DO NOT TRUST WHAT JCEX TELL YOU.

Ordered Ebike they shipped it to wrong state. Would not trust them.

Scam website, they just give tracking which never delivers

Receive tracking number and message will be delivered. Never received. JCEX is horrible. The buyer sent message package delivered. No package. JCEX stealing package and very irresponsible. I stopped ordering from SHEIN use JCEX. Total of 5 packages never received the packages

Had 2packages out of 4 expected. 2 of them through fed ex and 2 through JCEX
The packages from FedEx arrived on time to my door. The two handled by JCEX said only unable to deliver to my address
No option was given to have them correct it. That was all I received.
Have one other order still out using the same company but expecting the same experience.
Will never order any item that potentially uses this carrier again
