Clogged nozzles
I do love Fils, the ethos, the packaging & the easy returns for re-cycling. But now I want something uncitrusy (not coconut either). Any chance of an Aloe Vera ? Also my nozzles keep clogging up & product shoots every whichway 😀

Great product
We have been using the Pomelo body wash for several months and we still love it. Fills privides a really practical, low stress means to reduce our use of plastic.

I love how it's a closed-loop system!
this solves the post-consumer recycling problem perfectly. In terms of products, all the scents are lovely, and I'm so glad that they do not irritate my scalp like a lot of shampoos do.

Ok..
The smell is lovely and the body wash is brilliant. However I'm not impressed with the quality of the shampoo and conditioner. No matter how much I rinse Im always left with a residue on my hair.

Gorgeous products with sleek re-fill design
Gorgeous smell and texture, the coconut conditioner leaves a nice light scent in my hair afterwards. I use the pomelo body wash too - I find the pure plant extracts makes a real difference. I've been looking for a eco-friendly brand like this, where the scents and products feel luxurious and it's sustainable. The bottle looks nice in my bathroom too!

I love this product and the companies ethos.
My hair feels really light and not weighed down as it often does with hair products.
I was looking for eco conscious hair products that didn’t contain any of the nasties that normal shampoo does, and this company fulfils all that.

A great start, but a way to go yet...
Love the ethos and the dispenser bottles look really slick in the bathroom. There are some really great personal touches when the products are delivered too. As for the products themselves, personally I find the fragrances a bit sickly-sweet and they smell a little too much like kitchen cleaning products for my liking. The consistency, while good for a pump dispenser, is also a little thin which makes it difficult to use in the shower without it sliding out of your hands.
