Ordered a rotating curler, received item but it came with a foreign plug on. So had to by an adapter. I email the company and a week later they replied, they offered 50% refund, which I rejected, yet another week to get a reply offering 70% refund which I accept. Took another email and almost 3 weeks to receive my money. I will never order from this company ever again

Still not delivered
Emails back and forth saying it’s been delayed or it’s been delivered and I needed proof I haven’t received it !!!
Then it’s been delayed again to Covid !!

Delivery time is ridiculous It’s been 2 weeks and my products have not arrived. I paid for delivery and I got a message at 2.08am after 11 days when everyone’s asleep from the post office saying they couldn’t deliver my goods but no message through the my post or a card and they said they want my card details and they want me to pay £1.45. That’s wrong after all I paid for delivery.
