My experience has been pretty good so…

My experience has been pretty good so far except for the very first time I did one. I didn’t understand what kind of chips they were looking for so I didn’t get paid and then there was another one that asked to have a whole pile of pictures taken and they had a list of at least 20 different kind of items so I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to go through each one since it was only 14 pictures to be taken, but I did kind of understand it a little bit at the end. As for making the money, it’s pretty simple in general. The free products are nice to get when you can cause it’s almost like a race to get your finger on the accept button before somebody else takes it. Otherwise I am enjoying it and hope to experience it more as the year continues.

Payment issue in Spain – no response for over a month

I completed a mission through the Field Agent app in Spain, and the payment was credited correctly inside the app. On October 2nd, I requested the transfer to my Spanish bank account, but after more than a month, I still haven’t received the money.

I have contacted support several times via email, but no one has replied. My bank has confirmed that there’s no pending or returned transfer from Field Agent.

This is extremely disappointing — I did the work, the amount was approved, and now the company is ignoring my payment request. It feels unfair and unprofessional.

I’m sharing this review so that Field Agent Europe takes this issue seriously and resolves the delay for users in Spain. All I ask is transparency and timely payment for completed work.

Alot of work and time consuming, little pay out

This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The application is full of bugs to even access the task and submit it. I followed the instructions and examples to a T. All tasks except for a 3$ one was rejected for errors that did not exist. Customer Service was just as frustrating and gave false errors. It felt very much like a scam. I joined at the request of a friend who did different tasks and had the same experience. You are not able to cash out because it requires a minimum of 15$.

Field Agent’s task - BEWARE

Field Agent’s task instructions are misleading. My shop clearly stated a $50–$80 purchase was required, yet they refused reimbursement beyond a single item. When I followed instructions in good faith, support dismissed my concern and called their decision final. Shoppers deserve clarity and fairness — not confusion and out-of-pocket losses.

I did like 7 jobs for them just for them to deny all my jobs ! And a lot of them were closed and even though I showed proof they STILL denied it even though I spent my gas money running around to all these stores. Never again! First and last time using this app! It’s a scam!

FRAUD - Lies to deny shops and earn free money

Lies to deny shops when everything done correctly as per your instructions. I will never believe that you are not sending our denied jobs to clients to earn money on our back. As you clearly say, you approve 95% of the jobs and deny 5% no matter what. This is fraud.

Legit but Poorly Run and Not Worth the Risk

Yes, Field Agent is legit in the sense that I have made real money and they have paid out. However, the platform is incredibly frustrating and poorly managed.

Support is often rude and unhelpful, and they’ll find any excuse not to pay out on a mission. If something goes wrong that’s out of your control, like a restaurant messing up your order, they don’t want evidence or feedback. Instead, they expect you to go back, get the order remade, and never mention the mistake. That completely defeats the purpose of a mystery shop. You essentially have to make sure everything is perfect before submitting your report, which makes no sense.

Even when missions are accepted, the amount you make (often $2–$3) is not worth the time, hassle, or money you risk spending upfront. If the task gets rejected, you're out the cost of the item with no recourse.

There are far better alternatives out there to try some free products such as Checkout51, Caddle, and Influenster, which are much more user-friendly and actually value your time and effort.

Overall, not worth it.

I was able to find recent denial email threads. As we explained in the email and instructions, these bonuses were applied on specific jobs beginning on June 25th through the end of that project. We found that your account did not qualify for that bonus as you completed 8 jobs rather than the required 10 jobs. We're sorry for any misunderstanding in that project.

Regarding the note about denials, note that we typically only deny a small % of Agent Submissions and we are happy to discuss those when if our Agents reply to the denial emails.

Just to be clear, we NEVER sell data that we haven't paid for. We do not get paid from our Clients if our Agents don't get paid. We never have. Our system does not allow us to register revenue if the Agent was not paid for that work.

We really hope that this is helpful insight. We do want to connect with you and continue to encourage you, support you, honor you, and empower you towards growth as we all grow together.

It takes a ton of time to complete some tasks. I’m not sure it is worth it. I have made 359$ in about 7 years. They are quick to payout if you ask. I live 40 minutes out of town so can’t do a lot of jobs as it takes a lot igf gas must to get there v

Happy so far

I’ve only started recently with this company so far so good I have no complaints. Only complaint I have is I wish they had more stuff for me to do in the Prince George region. Other than that everything‘s all good. I’m happy so far.

Highly recommended

I have had nothing but a great experience and have been able to earn a lot of extra money.
Their customer service is excellent and highly responsive in my interactions with them over the last 5 years.
The jobs constantly show up randomly each time you refresh the list. I highly recommend that you constantly refresh the jobs list especially when driving to your next job or just out running errands.
For example I had 3 jobs I found in the morning then as I was driving and refreshing the jobs list I ended up getting a total of 13 jobs nearby.

I can’t write enough bad thing about…

I can’t write enough bad thing about this app, they purposely scam you to do their task and not pay you, there was a task to go to Costco and count a product and take pictures, it’s was available to reserve on the app, allowing 6 hours to complete, but there was a tiny fine print it must complete before 10am, when I reserved it, it’s already after 10am, they let you go and do the job, use your results and photo but not paying you

Useless

The job was denied. They said my pics were blurry. They weren't. Then they had the nerve to say my pics weren't taken as they wished. Since my notes were ignored, they didn't bother to realize that you can't take these horizontally unless it's from an angle. IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION, THEY WANT THE PICS STRAIGHT ON. You can't take them like this unless you do them vertically. To do them horizontally you can't get all the shelves. Their example shows the pic incorrectly. Not straight on and not angled. Whoever designed this job must not have PHYSICALLY tried to do the job. I'm escalating this because my notes were ignored and I resent whoever designed this without first hand information
