Love the communication. Always on top of everything

We had cushions made for an existing set. Niki helped us chose the perfect fabric and handled all of the details (measuring, ordering, etc.) We were very pleased with the service and the outcome.

I did an out of state phone sale. The product purchased (table cover) didn't fit. I contacted the store. They set up a return for me. The return was smooth. I received my credit without any problem. Highly recommend this company. Sales team very customer focused. I used the store in Matthews, N.C.

The selection at Fire House Casual is outstanding and the set we selected is of the highest quality. Most importantly - our set was made in the USA. The fellow who loaded our truck couldn't find the legs to our table, but found them shortly after we left. He brought them to our house a few hours later and assembled them there. Nice customer service.

Great place with Great Products. You will spend a little more at this store, but you will save in the long run. I went with a big box store set and in this NC heat/sun it lasted 1 season. So i made the right decision this year and the quality of the pieces is night and day! Do it right the first time, shop at Firehouse Casual!
