I have recently bought a Nikon F2S with a Nikon 50mm F2 AI lens from Ffordes, and I must say that their customer service is second to none. I can and indeed will always most highly recommend them. They are (for me at least) the perfect Camera shop. I look forward to doing further business with them in the near future.

A used Canon 6D arrived the day after I ordered it, another great purchase from the best place to buy second hand equipment from. This was my first mail order experience from Ffordes as I'm lucky enough to live a short car journey away and it lived up to all my expectations. Ordered a Leica lens just ahead of Christmas - arrived quickly as described in lovely condition.

On a previous case where I ordered a used Fuji and it was faulty they quickly and curteously refunded with no problems at all.

Ffordes is the first place I look to for camera gear. It’s staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have kept going in difficult circumstances during COVID-19. Their responsiveness is amazing - I realised that I had missed something off my order and they managed to intercept it and add the item just as it was leaving to be shipped. You can’t do better as far as I am concerned.

Having sold and bought many items through Ffordes I can’t speak highly enough of them. Great customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They are always happy to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is looked after, some may say old style customer service where the customer needs are paramount.

Brilliant experience for me. Staff at Ffordes are very welcoming and happy to answer any questions. Anything I asked of them the did for me (even negotiated on the price!). Was quite nervous perchasing a rare and expensive lens from the other side of the world, but it arrived today as described and in the order as expected. Delt with Ffordes for years, always found them very helpful and prices are always keen. Only ever had one minor problem with a purchase which was resolved very quickly and in an extremely friendly manner. I always look at them first when buying or selling gear.

Have dealt with Ffordes for a few years now and always received very good service and great advice. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

I made an order for a used battery grip but due to a glitch I got an email to say ordered but not so. On the first opportunity Ffordes phoned me to say that the payment had not gone through. So dropping everything I reordered said battery grip as it was now back on their site for anyone to buy. But luck was on my side and I got it and had another confirmation to say so and payment had gone through. If I had not been available I could have missed my emails but due to the prompt service of Stevee at Ffordes all ended well with me getting my battery grip the following day. Fantastic service which is why they are my first go to site if I want something and usually am rewarded by their site and overall efficiency.
