I took my son’s bike in as the breaks were knackered and tyres needed air among other things. Coran was amazing, he advised exactly what he would which was a mini service as it was a child size bike. The price was more than fair at £20 and the service was excellent I will 100% be going back and would highly recommend to anyone who needs any bike repairs.

Took my bike a few times for some repairs which I have been so impressed with. It’s refreshing to find a decent cycle mechanic that you can trust and these guys are just that. I had a new bottom bracket fitted today was in and out in 20 mins great service I feel I have found a gem of a cycle shop in Sheffield very refreshing thanks guys !!!

Usual polite, efficient and professional service from Coran and Paul at Fettle Sheffield. The app makes booking work in, approving (very prompt and competitive) quotes, and paying for Labour and parts such as breeze. That’s why I trust these guys to maintain my expanding fleet of bikes.

I had used Fettle Sheffield for my brakes a couple of weeks ago and again today for my rear wheel which was the unfortunate victim of riding through the slums.

My bike does ride just like new now! Not that I know how it used to be when new since I got it second hand.
Booking was simple and straightforward with good communication in both emails and messages. I was expecting additional charges since I never had the bike serviced before. But everything was explained clearly, both in the shop and in their message.
The best part was the ability to use Klarna to pay in three instalments directly from my phone.

Communication was really great - especially like the online system where all work is itemised, any issues can be discussed and there is a clear projected timescale. Even though it’s city centre it was really easy to bring my bike down in the car. Bike looks good as new and staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely use Fettle again.
