Horrible service
Horrible service, if you need to change your ticket even in the seconds of buying they will ask additional fees every step of the way. It took more than months to change the ticket and in total they asked additional €54!

I used the chat option of Ferryscanner, as I needed a change of the ticket date. In a very short und friendly way I got the change done, with a small additional payment fee. I leave rarelly a review and this one was a true "five star". Anytime again. We are looking forward to the trip.

Very BAD! In the Norwegian version there is a very confusing translation error where “nummer” has become “antall” under passport information. So it is impossible to make a booking

Trip dates changed with no problems.
Had a change of dates and cancellation was seamless. Refund processed quickly. We have used Ferryscanner a few times and have never had a problem.

We have to cancel our Trip to Gomera and Ferryscanner gave not our Money back. 2 Person + 1 car for 152 Euro -Tourist Price of course.
We have canceled it 30 hours before but the answer was- too late.

I would give zero stars if possible.
After I paid, I downloaded the app and verified my email address. I received an email thanking me for verifying my email address. Then, I tried to use the app and REPEATEDLY, FOR TWO HOURS, was told that I had not verified my email. I had not proof that I had even purchased tickets! I finally gave up, went to bed and awakened the next morning and bought tickets directly from Positano Jet, which confirmed my tickets IMMEDIATELY with the QR code to board. Terrible experience with Ferryscanner and I will challenge this charge on my card.

For some reason I needed to cancel the…
For some reason I needed to cancel the one ticket But have the money returned to another bank account. Since there was Noone to reply on Sunday when there was a deadline, I changed the ticket to open and on Monday I emailed ferry scanner. They replied by email they cannot cancel the ticket because it is open, they never replied on the bank account issue, and they replied the open ticket cannot even be used by a different person! I cannot change back the return- that still has time to be canceled- to open to cancel it, let alone they never answered on the bank account issue. I talked to locals on the island and was informed they never book through ferry scanner, only check prices and dates and book only directly on the shipping company. They know better... this was an awful experience, without even direct communication by the phone.
