Ferry cancelled no refund offered

Ferry Scanner are now claiming they were going to refund me if the open return offered was not suitable, which they have now proceeded with. This is false and convenient timing after blocking this transaction with Chase who have been great help in getting my money back. Not only are Ferry Scammers scamming people, they are also liars.

Booked a ferry which unfortunately could not be reached, due to weather conditions closing the national park the port sat within. Ferryscanner were still selling tickets from the closed port, upon my realisation I have attempted to refund the tickets for obvious reasons. I have been told no, several times having reached out via live chat and support.
I would avoid using this company at all.

Following your request, our team immediately contacted the ferry company on your behalf to explore the available options and kept you informed throughout the process. We initially offered alternatives including converting the tickets to open tickets valid for one year, while also informing you that if you ultimately could not travel due to the ongoing closure, we would proceed with a full refund.
As the situation with the gorge closure continued, we subsequently proceeded with a full refund of your reservation.
We understand that unexpected weather disruptions can be frustrating during travel plans, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances of your case.

Athens-Spetzes with VIP feeling
We booked 4 round-trip tickets from Piraeus (Athens) to Spetzes. The booking process was easy, clear, and had plenty of options. We loved the 20% off promo and the little extra for premium seating.
Staff was very nice and professional and the trip went on smoothly.
We are on the way back to Athens as I write.

I needed to amend one booking as I had booked the wrong departure date.
