I was always happy with your company and with the servis, communication. Also, if I was late with payments, we could always set everything to me do my responsibles and you get yours money. That there are higher fees for late payments I also understand. Only one thing, which is making me sad, is that for few weeks I cannot apply for money from my account, because you are keep actualiziting my personal informations. On support your workers told me, that they are sorry, that the actualization is taking more time, and that they are not able to tell me, when it will be done, because it depend of how many people is in line and that they dont know, the numbers of people infront of me and cannot even tell me, if it will takes days or weeks. This happen in time, when I really need more money because I cross the whole world from Czech Republic to Brasil to bee with my small children (their mother is from Brasil) and because of this trip I have now more extra costs and I need to organize the the way for me and my familly back to Czech R. And its just matter of the long time actualization of my data (during this proces you rised my credit limit higher so I am vunerable costumer). We should leaving Brasil in one week and i still could not apply for it after weeks. Maybe its the question of size of administrative team in Czech, I dont know, with servis I was always fain. But I am controlling my profile every day and keep seeing the note, that this actualization can take up to 2 workings days... Thank you.
