I got declined twice, but was approved on the third attempt through their direct website instead of the third parties involvement. So far I am pretty satisfied because its not easy getting loan(s) as a new resident with short credit history. Thanks for giving me the opportunity when I needed the money@right time

Haven't had my account closed by customer service yet
I have tried to get my account closed several times!! I have filled in the account closure form. But don't get any help from customer service. They haven't closed my account yet!!
I have not received any confirmation via email that my account has been closed yet!!!

They have extremly high interests
They have extremly high interests. I also sent 2 emails about using my right of withdrawl, which they never answered to. I called them and the woman on the phone seemed like she f'ing hated her life, she was so not fittet for a costumer service job, at all! She Said they never got any of my emails, which has to be crap. So I had to pay over a week extra of interests even If i had used me right of withdrawl. TERRIBLE bank.

Husk også på at du ikke kan klage når du er svindlet, de er registrert på Malta der alle kriminelle og spilleselskaper har registrert virksomhet. Aldri søk og ta penger fra jævla Ferratum !!
Its lie and only lie. They have Extreme high fees, around 250 %. You also dont have any right as customer because they are rigistrerd at Malta as another criminls, Casinos and sports bookmakers. Never take Money from Ferratum, never !!!
