The company is correct, prompt, fair and quick.
The lamp was not the best choice for us, and I could send it back easily. It's a great trust and therefore honor from company's side, that everything can be returned within 50 days.

Recommended, can be trusted
However there is no customer service available via phone in my mothertongue, they can be reached via email without hassle. For a large order I experienced no issues - all items arrived safely packed, perfect condition, as described on website. Safe payment options were available when ordering. Even returning unwanted items went well and I got the refund in time without any problems. I was satisfied overall, ordered items are good quality.
