The light bulb suggested on the website for my purchased lamp does not fit as it is too large. Following my formal complaint, I was sent a replacement of the same model, which is unfortunately also too large.

The lamp sold is good, but the shipping and packaging were sloppy. The packaging was the factory soft cardboard box. It was damaged in several places, cracked, torn. The box was not even wrapped in foil.

The hanging christal looking glass…
The hanging christal looking glass pieces were not attached to the chandeliers.
Customers should have been warned to that fact. The installation of the hanging glass pieces cost me more than the lamps themselves.
Otherwise the lamps are looking good.
