Great Modern Device
The website is very modern with some neat features like being able to add to your order even after checking out. Product pages contain very detailed schematics.
Shipping within Europe was very fast. I received my order within two days. Everything was fine with the packaging. An add-on I had purchased was pre-installed.
The actual Fenrir clamp seems well-built at this point in my use. Quality silicone and the 3D printed parts are well made. The built-in pressure gauge is useful, reduces the amount of gear during use.

I think it's probably one of the best PE tools ever made, and the PAC adapter makes it even better. Yes, the time from order to delivery could be quicker, but shipping is fast once the product is made to order, and the tracking is excellent.

Their products are excellent but their customer service is surprisingly even better!!! I couldn’t be happier with my order, great quality build and super functional design (literally the best in the market). I had an issue with my order being stuck at customs and customer service was extremely quick to answer and helpful with the process. Sadly because of a mistake by the carrier my order was sent back and they didn’t even wait one hour before sending a copy of my order!!! 10/10 product 11/10 customer service
