Helpful staff, good resources and systems
Staff are very helpful and willing to spend time answering questions. Good resources for DBS and Safeguarding and user-friendly systems, etc. A wide range of training resources delivered by different methods to suit diverse groups and needs.
As a growing church, we've found thirtyone:eight a great organisation for co-ordinating and supporting our activities and enabling us to keep records and keep up-to-date with requirements and processes.

It's easy!

No way to correct their error or talk to anybody
Was sent the standard digital DBS link by Thirtyone:eight. The site wont accept my correct driving licence number - despite my double checking with DVLA. The error lies with Thirtyone:eight, but the helpline is recorded messages only, no way to talk to a person to resolve the issue. Emailed but still waiting for a response. Very dissapointed, especially given the eyewatering amount of taxpayer's money that has been sunk into a semi-functional site.
