Worsening and dreadful coverage and customer service
Have a been a subscriber for over 3 years. Spent 12 month overseas where roaming coverage terrible/patchy. Had to buy other SIMs.
Today I wasted more than an hour (and then gave up) trying to speak to somone other than their VERY DUMB and excruciatingly irritating BOT to understand why I cannot enter a PO Box for delivery address for a physical SIM to replace my eSIM.
Go Telsim!

Terrible reception...
Terrible reception...
Voicemail doesn't have call back feature, so unless the caller leaves a number and you write it down, or you know who it is and you have the number saved ... You can't call the person be back because Felix voicemail doesn't give you the call back feature... If your running a business and need at least average reception.... And decent data speed don't bother... You will regret it
Don't Touch - Train Wreck of A Service
Train Wreck of A Service, no seriously what are they doing? – Awful experience, takes hours to get any assistance online, refused to port my number to new provider, lied to me about my number being inactive and unable to receive SMS despite me literally receiving an SMS at the same time with a security code, tried to hold me to ransom to sign up and pay again or they would hold my number. Their APP is awful, so much missing from it, can't access my personal data, dead links in emails, can't access my account info, can't downgrade my plan/service, can't cancel it, no Desktop app or support, the chat guy just abandoned me mid chat and said he has to leave, it's a train wreck of a service from start to end. What a mess.
[NO CONNECTION] Unable to make/receive calls or text
I have been a Felix customer for over 4 years and today I have been so frustrated that I have to make a review.
It's been a few months where my phone will go into SOS for no reason and dispite restarting my phone or turning on and off flight mode, it won't change anything.
This results in me unable to make phone calls or receive one.
Worse - I can't receive any text on time, which results in me being blocked out of my trading platform, bank account because many of those require OTP to login.
I have to wait on the phone for 30 mins or more to speak to my trading account or bank customer service to get them unblocked.
I am considering changing service provide now.

Beware iPhone Users
BEWARE iPhone Users. Switching to FELIX messed up my iMessage, Facetime and Apple account. The SIM card they used was not recognized by Apple, leading me to lose iMessaging. COMPLETE HEADACHE.
What's more, they did not honour the promo code I had, and didn't seem to care. Claimed it was an online only offer when I have screen shots saying that it would be granted. Customer service does not respond live. LONG DELAYS to Messages.
A TERRIBLE Telco provider, with technical and customer service issues.
It's a piece of shit
It's a piece of shit, no coverage, always unable to connect!

Poor support
I've been using them for around a year now with no hiccups however last night out of nowhere my service has been severely impacted and ive been waiting hours on the in app support to speak to someone. If your going to make people wait this long you could atleast Implement a queue so people know roughly how long they need to wait.

I was very impressed with Felix Mobile
I was very impressed with Felix Mobile, great coverage, great reception, and got 5G where it was available! I always felt I had a reliable connection. The customer service chat feature in the app worked well.
Plans seemed a bit expensive, but they told me they planted a tree for every month I was with them.
Felix Mobile don’t even deserve ONE star
I just had the most decrepit customer service experience I ever had in my life. They gave me a new number without even offering me to port my own number in. You cannot speak to a human being but when they finally respond in a WhatsApp chat, you are passed between operators constantly and they don’t know what they are doing. Avoid Felix Mobile like the plague.
As to the team Felix “PR spin” nonsense reply below, they have had adequate opportunity to do this and after so much messing around, yet it has taken me to no alternative but to revert to the telecoms ombudsman with a complaint to have my issue sorted which is still hanging in the balance. Believe their reply to my comment at your peril if you want decent customer service with your telco provider.

Bogded
I requested for my account to be paused while in hospital. Then they didn't and requested payment to reactivate. I'm going somewhere else.

cut service on first day of cycle
After about a year they cut service to my area, service would drop out for a day or 2 here and there after 3g stopped. Then after a day without service I messaged and was informed my area has no service any more.
Was on the first day of the cycle with no service and wouldn't consider a refund easily.
The bank is sorting it out without me.

Terrible
Terrible. Spotty network connection in a metro area of Melbourne. Not receiving SMS messages for days at a time. Have tried everything under the sun from my end and even contacted support, to no avail. They are a Vodafone based carrier, and it shows. Use Telstra or Optus based providers instead.

2 days ago I got $25 sim kit which I paid $10 for then paid $20 for my monthly plan and tried to activate it but it has just been problem after problem and lie after lie to get know where and be treated like an animal this is a disgrace and I will not be going away not mention that I have recently lost everything and me and my dog are living in a car with no power.

Almost non-existent customer service…
Almost non-existent customer service and made me wish they didn't exist at all, at least then I wouldn't expect their support! They can only assist customers on the live chat, so the replies I got to my emails was - "chat with us through the app", and when I told them nobody's replying on the chat they pushed the excuse that they are a small team and have many customers (?!). They don't have a phone number either, though they claim they are in Australia... I had to wait on the chat for hours across a couple of days until an agent picked up my messages. Then they closed the chat because I didn't reply straight away and I was back at the far end of the queue... It turns out they "resolve" the chat automatically after 12 min of inactivity. Nothing was resolved for me and I had to go through this nightmare three times until the issue was actually fixed. Never again, Felix!
No worries!
Guys if you're foreigner and about to travelling to Aus , these provider is a best choice, if you found any difficulties to sign up and activated you can contact the whatsapp , the staff will help ya. But need patient ok, so register it a month to a week before ur departure. And u only can complete the activation once you pass thw immigration in Aus. Good luck!
Oh and it was gimme unlimited local call, really helpful for me to give a call to anyone during my trips (like attraction, hotel, restaurant booking and so on)
A good experience. Only one small hiccup
After I signed up for the service, I saw a lot of bad reviews. That made me worried, but my experience so far has been very good.
The first thing is that the SIM card arrived within 2 days. That's exceptionally good.
The SIM activation process was a bit tricky. In particular the Password selection. I was forced to change the password I registered with. I don't know why. It displayed an error for every password I chose, despite following their password requirements.
I eventually found that, by ignoring the error message and hitting Enter, I was able to set a new password.
After that little hiccup it was plain sailing and the SIM worked immediately, with no problems. The service seems fast and reliable, and the coverage seems good. For the price I think this is a good deal.
I'm satisfied.
happy
I was nervous because I read bad reviews on here but my experience so far has been great. Super easy and quick esim set-up via the app, good coverage, good price. I used my NSW driver's license for the ID, and it worked immediately. People seem to say overseas roaming can be an issue - I'm only using it in Australia and I'm very happy.
The worst customer service
I tried to sign up, but ran into an issue. The only option for support is through a bot that just gives you multiple-choice questions. I couldn’t even reach a real person. It seemed like a good deal at first, but now I think I might have dodged a bullet by not being able to sign up. If I had -100 rights I would have given it and they took my money upfront. The robot says my money will be refunded I hope it is.
