I am impressed how quickly the turn around from applying to getting prescribed was
i like how quick it was. It would help me greatly to be able to know how to suspend the subscription earlier to give me more peace of mind. Having the Insurance coverage a bit more prominent during the payment field so i didnt have to put my credit card info first would also help . Kudos to the NP that helped me as she was responsive and made it so seamlessly easy.

The experience overall was very convenient and low friction. The only thing that was less than ideal was that the prescription renewal cycle of three months was applied automatically, with no ability to personalize or tailor the time frame to suit my actual usage of the product. I would prefer to initiate the renewal myself. Instead, I’ll likely have to cancel at some point so I’m not accumulating unused product. Whenever I need to reorder I’ll have to go through the entire process again and pay another assessment fee.

The good news is you actually do have full control over your shipment timing right from your account: just select your treatment, click Manage, and you'll see options to Pause or Cancel Treatment in the dropdown.
Pausing is especially useful here because it effectively turns your prescription into an on-demand treatment, so you can hold shipments whenever you have product on hand and resume them when you're ready for the next one, all without restarting the assessment process or paying another fee. That way you stay in the driver's seat on timing and you don't end up with extra product piling up.
