Quick and helpful for dermatology
Needed a quick treatment for my skin which I know worked in the past, and it’s a long wait to see a dermatologist where I live. I went into my account, chatted with a health provider, ordered the right skincare and it was in the mail the next day. They also directly billed my insurance so my out-of-pocket expense was minimal. Seamless and quick experience and my skin will be on the road to recovery soon!

The initial set up was simple and easy
The initial set up was simple and easy. I have enjoyed texting with my NP, Khulood and she gets back to me in a reasonable amount of time. So far, one issue I am having is I cannot access my treatment plan in my chat history; it has been blocked. I have asked Khulood about it, so hopefully, it can be fixed.
Also, I was very happy to be found eligible for the program I am receiving from you as my family doctor has been unwilling to provide me with HRT!
