Quick delivery. I am on decaf it taste great and it really does keep you fuller for longer.
I am very happy with my first order. So far so good.

I have used reformed and didn’t find it did much more than a usual high grade matcha . I tried to cancel the subscription a while back after the first order but it would only let me pause it , so a few months pass and the subscription reinstated itself .. so I emailed a couple of hours after the payment was taken saying I didn’t want , need or could afford payment for this product , to which they said ‘ it’s been processed you’ll need to send it back ‘ absolutely fine by me . I return it in its original unopened packaging and am now being ghosted by the company although the order was marked as delivered via Royal Mail.

So just want others to be aware that the customer service is poor , no flexibility with cancelling orders , difficult to cancel subscription ( I’m guessing that they just hope you’d accept the order as a return may be too much hassle for some people ). And no communication once the product is sent back and marked as received by courier.

Just want to add a note that if someone pauses a subscription you should receive an email a couple weeks before checking that you still want the subscription to be reinstated ( maybe this happened , but with the daily spam emails I receive from the company I might have missed it )

I just want to add also , that I have read through others bad experiences with this company and the replies from feel reformed . It seems to be a common occurrence that people can not cancel there subscription with ease so although the company replies with ‘ I just want to confirm our product is 100% cancellable , changeable …… etc ‘ that it seems that this is not the case for many people who try to cancel the subscription and are then subsequently charged for another bag without any warning . And there are quite a few people who have had this same issue so the reply is a lie within itself, the alternative is the company suggesting that the random mixture of customers saying the same thing are lying on there review …..

Because this is worth trying even I have to have it with milk and nothing else if I run out of milk I can't use the product but the blueberry tastes the best

I must admit I was a bit weary when ordering, is it going to be like all the rest! But I can honestly say so far I'm impressed, I love coffee and it takes exactly like my takeaway coffee but with all the goodness. Definitely going to keep it up!

I’m nearly at the end of my first month’s supply and I have to say that the extra energy; no need for a second coffee; not craving food until dinner time; and the big improvement with my gut and bowels have all been the standout things. I’m not sure it’s all because of the magic powder, but I’ve also been able to read for longer without my mind wandering!

Been using this for 3 months - not sure I’ve actually felt the difference- but I enjoy the mocha coffee so happy to keep going - one thing I would say is that the glass drinking container is amazing- I take it i to work some and it keeps the coffee red hot if would be so handy to have a detachable
Handle with it as I’ve nearly dropped it on several occasions it absolutely boiling (which is great) but not practical- in my mind

The product is great with all it says on the tin great flavour and a great introduction offer. The Order was promptly delivered and very well packaged even instructions via short video to get the best from the product

Ordered goods none ever arrive payments talent until disputes with bank still no goods received a month later and they take another payment beware

Lovely taste nice products since of wellbeing

I am writing this review to see what response i get as on every other social media platform they never reply

I do need some clarification I've been on this now for 3 months and I've been no different they say it can help with weight loss but nothings happened.
I started on match normal for 2 months taking with skimmed milk and was impressed with taste ect
I then decided to move to blueberry and again all the above
I was now thinking black coffee now but unsure .

I’m a 51‑year‑old, 86kg 5ft8 male, Emergencey services some 24years now with a family and the usual “running on empty” lifestyle. Most days I’m operating on that old ex‑military stamina and attitude rather than actual energy, so I tried this as a little booster to see if it helped me cope a bit better.

Taste-wise, it’s not important to me, but it really doesn’t resemble a decent coffee. There’s a slight hint of bitterness that gives a “coffee‑ish” feel, but overall it reminds me of a weak 80s vending machine drink — the sort you’d get in a hospital or prisoner coffee from a custody suite — with a touch of Bovril in the background. Maybe the decaf version tastes better, but this one didn’t hit the mark.

The good bits: after about 10 days, I’ve noticed my hair feels a little softer and my skin seems more hydrated. As someone who doesn’t use moisturisers or conditioners, that’s likely down to the drink. Beyond that, not much has changed. I still get the afternoon crash, still feel a bit bloated, and still need a proper coffee afterwards to clear the taste. The pack definitely won’t last a full month either, despite saying 22 servings.

I didn’t believe the hype going in, so this was just a tester. I might try one more or look for an alternate, but I haven’t decided yet — especially as I’ve ended up buying more actual coffee than usual while using this.

I have just ordered my very first reformed matcha & decaf coffee. It came really quick which I was impressed about. Not only that I was quite nervous to try the Matcha but I went for strawberry flavour in this. The product is absolutely incredible & in just two weeks, my Nails have become so long & strong. I cannot rate this collagen high enough either because it has everything in one packet the matcha, the collagen, the vitamins the minerals, the protein-all of it. I have eight disabilities so looking forward to the results of at least improving my health in some way. Will be a returning customer.
